Household placement requirements should be submitted through the Family Enquiry Form. Candidate applications should be submitted through the Job Seeker Application Form.

Polished Helpers currently works with families in Johannesburg, Pretoria, Cape Town, Durban, Port Elizabeth and Polokwane. Families outside these locations are still welcome to submit an enquiry as coverage continues to expand.

The initial consultation is free. A placement fee applies once a family confirms a candidate, and the relevant details are shared during the consultation.
Urgent placements can sometimes be arranged within a few days. Include your preferred starting date and timeline in the family enquiry so the team can advise you honestly on availability.
Yes. Relevant informal or family-based experience is welcome. All placement candidates must still complete the required Polished Helpers in-house training programme before being placed with a family.
Yes. Training is compulsory for placement candidates, and the training fee must be paid by the candidate before the programme begins. Current pricing is provided directly during the application process.
Yes. Select Nanny/Housekeeper on the family enquiry form so Polished Helpers can consider candidates trained for a combined childcare and housekeeping role.
Yes. Polished Helpers offers standalone upskilling for existing household staff using the same two-day nanny or three-day housekeeper programme. Select Upskilling Training for Current Helper on the family enquiry form.
